Data Deletion Policy
Last updated: June 5, 2026
Pluggr.io respects your right to control your data. This page explains how to request deletion of account data, OAuth credentials, and advertising data imported from connected Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion in either of the following ways:
Option 1: Disconnect a Platform
- Log in to your Pluggr.io dashboard.
- Go to the Ad Accounts page.
- Disconnect the Meta Ads or Google Ads account.
Disconnecting stops future syncs and removes stored OAuth access for that connector. For deletion of already imported reporting data, submit the email request below.
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to privacy@pluggr.io with:
- Subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Your registered email address
- Whether you want to delete your entire account or only data from a specific Meta Ads or Google Ads connector
We will process verified deletion requests within 7 business days and confirm completion by email.
What Gets Deleted
For a full account deletion request, we delete:
- Your Pluggr profile and workspace membership records
- Stored OAuth credentials and connector configuration
- Imported Meta Ads and Google Ads reporting rows
- Generated reports, alerts, insights, API keys, sync logs, and related operational records where deletion is legally permitted
What May Be Retained
- Aggregated, anonymized operational analytics that cannot reasonably identify you
- Records we must keep for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes
- Encrypted backup copies until they expire through normal backup rotation, currently up to 90 days
- Data you already exported to destinations outside Pluggr, because those destinations are under your control
Meta Ads Access Revocation
You can also revoke Pluggr access directly from Meta:
- Go to Facebook Business Integrations.
- Find Pluggr and remove access.
Revoking access in Meta stops future syncs. To delete data already imported into Pluggr, also submit a deletion request by email.
Google Ads Access Revocation
You can revoke Pluggr access from your Google Account:
- Go to Google Account permissions.
- Find Pluggr and remove access.
Revoking access in Google stops future syncs. To delete previously imported data, submit one of the deletion requests above.
