Terms of Service

1. Service

Pluggr is a business software platform for connecting Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts, syncing advertising performance data, and preparing dashboards, alerts, reports, and insights.

2. Eligibility

Pluggr is intended for business use. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

3. Accounts and Security

• You must provide accurate account and workspace information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and access to your workspace.
• You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or suspected security incidents.
• You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by Pluggr's breach of these Terms.

4. Third-Party Advertising Platforms

When you connect Meta Ads or Google Ads:

• You confirm that you have the right to access and process the connected advertising data.
• You authorize Pluggr to use OAuth credentials and API access to provide the Service.
• You remain responsible for complying with Meta, Google, and other applicable platform terms and policies.
• Platform APIs, permissions, quotas, and data availability may change outside Pluggr's control.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use Pluggr for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, usage limits, or tenant isolation.
• Access, scrape, or export another customer's data.
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service except where law prohibits this restriction.
• Interfere with platform integrity, security, or availability.
• Use Pluggr to violate Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Google API Services policies.

6. Customer Data

You retain ownership of your advertising data. You grant Pluggr the rights needed to host, process, transform, store, display, and transmit that data only to provide and improve the Service, support you, secure the platform, and comply with law.

7. Fees and Plans

Some features may require a paid plan. Fees, limits, billing intervals, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in your order documentation. Unless required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

Pluggr, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and workflows, is owned by Zydon Digital DMCC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Pluggr intellectual property to you.

9. Service Changes and Availability

We may update, suspend, or modify the Service to improve security, reliability, compliance, or functionality. We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free third-party data.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Advertising data, insights, and reports are informational and are not financial, legal, or professional advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pluggr and Zydon Digital DMCC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Our total liability for all claims is limited to the fees paid to Pluggr for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using Pluggr at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the Service in a way that may harm Pluggr, customers, or third-party platforms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Dubai will have jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here or communicated through the Service.
