This Privacy Policy explains how Pluggr.io, operated by Zydon Digital DMCC in Dubai, UAE, collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our ad reporting platform.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

We collect information you provide during signup and account use, such as name, email address, company or workspace name, role, and billing or plan details when applicable.

Connected advertising data

When you connect Meta Ads or Google Ads, we access advertising account data authorized through OAuth, including account identifiers, campaign names, ad group or ad set names, ad names, impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, and related reporting metrics.

We do not request access to private messages, contacts, personal photos, or unrelated consumer account content.

Usage and technical data

We may collect IP address, browser type, device data, pages viewed, feature usage, sync logs, error logs, and security audit events.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session security, and product operation.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide, secure, and maintain the Pluggr service
  • Connect to Meta Ads and Google Ads with your authorization
  • Sync, normalize, and store advertising performance data
  • Generate dashboards, reports, alerts, and client-ready insights
  • Diagnose sync failures, API errors, billing issues, and abuse
  • Respond to support, privacy, and legal requests
  • Comply with applicable laws and platform policies

3. Google API Services Limited Use

Pluggr.io's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

  • We use Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing Pluggr features.
  • We do not sell Google user data.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising or retargeting.
  • Humans do not read Google user data unless needed for support with your permission, security, legal compliance, or service operation.

4. Meta Platform Data

When you connect Meta Ads, Pluggr accesses advertising account insights through Meta APIs with the permissions you approve. We use Meta platform data only to provide Pluggr reporting, sync, analytics, and related support features.

You can revoke access from Facebook Business Integrations.

5. Sharing and Processors

We do not sell personal information or advertising data. We share data only as needed for:

  • Cloud hosting, database, authentication, analytics, email, and support providers that process data for Pluggr
  • Destinations or exports you explicitly configure
  • Legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or rights-protection reasons
  • Business transfers, subject to appropriate confidentiality and user protection measures

6. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data, including HTTPS/TLS, encrypted credential storage, tenant isolation, access controls, and audit logging.

7. Retention and Deletion

We retain account and advertising data while your account or workspace is active, and for limited periods needed for backups, legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, and legitimate business operations. Deletion requests are handled under our Data Deletion Policy.

8. Your Choices and Rights

  • Disconnect Meta Ads or Google Ads from the Pluggr dashboard
  • Revoke third-party access from Meta or Google account settings
  • Request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable law allows

9. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards.

10. Children

Pluggr is for business users and is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
